Truck Cover Glossary

Antenna patch:

A reinforced part of a car cover that provides extra protection for your vehicle's antenna. If your cover did not come with an antenna patch, please call us today at 888-872-6855 and we will send you one.

Cable & Lock Kit:

A high strength plastic-coated steel cable and weather-proof lock. A cable & lock kit should be used in conjunction with the grommets that came with your cover.

Car Cover Fabric:

The material used to construct an automotive car cover. Car cover fabric varies depending on the type of car cover; it may provide waterproofing, UV protection, a shield against dents and dings, superior softness, breathability, or a combination of these elements.

Full Elastic Hem:

Indoor Car Cover:

An automotive car cover designed to protect your vehicle against indoor elements, such as scratches, dust, dirt, and animals.

Standard Car Cover:

A popular automotive car cover for indoor use that provides basic protection from the elements.

Storage Pouch:

A pouch on the outside of a car cover that gives you a place to store supplies for your vehicle.

Tie-down Grommets:
